Apologies for this being out of sync, but I was in hospital!
Report by CD: The day started grey and overcast but dry with moderate winds. As I drove to Mallusk the rain began to fall more and more heavily. At Mallusk the rain continued, on and off for an hour, so it was 11am before a start could be made. The wind was easterly so some light wave lift was apparent though achieving a max was difficult. Low cloud was in evidence with some models disappearing into it causing anxious moments. At one point Andrew managed to land in a tree but his model was soon recovered, and. following a quick squirt of cyano, back in action. Keith and Paul advanced to the fly off which Keith won convincingly taking both rounds. Well done Keith.
